Marketing - Supporting and maintaining general marketing activities such as award submissions, advertising and meeting reports. Ensuring promotional materials are available to local office teams.


RFQ's & RFP's - Organizing and preparing RFQ’s and RFP’S.  Leading the proposal and presentation process through writing, design, research and overall team management.


Resumes & Project Sheets - Updating of resumes and project sheets to ensure files are current and accurate for use in proposals and presentations.  Supporting and maintaining project photographic history.


Public Relations - Drafting communications such as emails and providing assistance at events.


Business Development - Supporting the proposal and presentation process through writing, design, research and overall team management.


Database Records - Maintaining database with current and accurate information. 


Budget Expenditures - Processing invoices to appropriate management. 


Administrative - Providing writing, editing and design support.  Providing administrative support in the form of assisting and setting up for meetings and filing marketing materials.


Branding - Ensuring marketing materials meet and maintain company brand standards.  Contributing to the vision, goals, and overall objectives of the company.
